1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we do. EMSTAR Photography is available for destination weddings within Nigeria and selected international locations. Travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on the location. Contact us with your wedding details, and we'll be happy to provide a customized quote.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to help plan your engagement session, including choosing a location, selecting outfits, discussing themes, and suggesting poses that reflect your personality as a couple. Our goal is to make the experience enjoyable, relaxed, and uniquely yours.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date if rescheduling is requested within the required notice period.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. All packages include professionally edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery. Depending on your selected package, you may also receive access to your unedited images. The exact number of edited photographs varies by package.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
